We will provide you with an answer within 3 working days.
In case your technical issue can’t be solved remotely, you have the option of either visiting our office or send the product together with a letter of complaint with the details describing your issues and the identification coordinates of your device. In this case you will be provided with an answer within 7 working days. Please note that we do not refund any transport or shipping expenses.
Our warranty doesn’t cover damages or losses caused by improper use. We recommend you to pay particular attention to the steps you follow when entering your unlocking code. We provide software repair only if the repair certificate issued by our professional team within 7 working days from the moment we receive your notification shows that malfunctions are due to incorrect unlocking code or any wrong information provided by our company (which will not be the case) necessary for the completion of the unlocking process.
In case the warranty service proves eligible, that is our investigation shows that the user is not responsible for the malfunction, we guarantee a 100% return of the price charged for the unlocking of your phone.
Our company does not hold any responsibility for the damages occurred after the warranty period, but we will be glad to assist you with your technical issues in exchange of a repair cost that you previously agree upon.
